we also provide a nationally certified fitness trainer who will assess your training and eating habits
and provide you with a plan for a healthy lifestyle that will help you to be fit for life!
After seeing her photos, we had asked Jenny if she would mind if we posted her photos for a 'before' and 'after' look.
